RULES OF USE OF THE MOBILITY ELECTRY SCOOTER

  • To rent a mobility electric scooter in Benidorm, it has to be over 55 years old or have a disability to walk.

  • This prohibited the assignment of the use of the schooter rented to another person.

  • In the individual scooter only one person and two can go in the double scooter, breach this rule is the withdrawal without refund from the scooter.

  • It must always circulate on the sidewalk.

  • Never leave the key when going down the Scooter, will not cover the insurance in case of robbery.

  • the scooter must be loaded at night, make sure the orange pilot comes on while loading and green when loaded.

  • Before using the scooter, disconnect the scooter charger.

  • if it causes damage to the scooter or loses it will have to take charge, unless you have hired the entire risk.

  • carry always with you the rental contract.

  • In case of early return, friend 24 will give you a bonus to enjoy it later.

  • do not upload pronounced slopes (more than 5%)

How to rent a scooter in friend 24?

  • To rent an electric mobility scooter in Benidorm, it has to be over 55 years old or have a disability to walk.

  • Be sure to have a place to park and load the scooter at night in your accommodation.(Some hotels charge for this service)

  • Fill in the Book form, on the scooter card

  • We will take the scooter to the indicated place on the indicated day but please note that a €20 deposit is required when renting it.

  • You must load the scooter every night

  • The deposit will be returned the day and time that agrees with our deliveryman

To rent an electric scooter, a €20 deposit is required.

Amigo 24 works together with all the hotels in Benidorm, so you will have no problem recharging your scooter. We have a free daily delivery and collection service from 9 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon.
